I’ve been on a journey of being my best self, through self-healing since I was a child; having taken numerous courses, workshops, and modalities, with the intention to facilitate the greatest transformation and healing for those I love and in doing so, I’ve helped to heal myself.
Most recently I was delighted to become a certified facilitator with Star Magic Healing, where I have has witnessed the most incredible upleveling, healing and transformation in my own life and the lives of those I’ve facilitated sessions for.

“My experience with Cathy was deeply healing. I’ve done many types of healing modalities and have learned to recognize when I move into a deep state of healing. Which is what happened during the session. I appreciate the discussion prior to the session to set the foundation for the healing. Cathy is extremely open, patient and intuitive which further helps the extent of the work at hand. The session itself was subtlety profound which I appreciate as this type of work I find is gentle, focused and effective. The post session debrief was also great as it allows for the space to initiate the integration.
